Prenatal Yoga

A gentle practice for expectant parents of all stages and abilities. Utilize various breath work and postures to support mind, body and spirit on your journey into parenthood. Learn ways to work through discomfort and explore various poses that promote flexibility, strength and optimal positioning for baby. Props and plenty of modifications are offered to cater to your body’s specific and changing needs. Take time out of your day to connect with your little one as you practice in a safe and supported community.  

One on One Yoga

Personalized one-on-one yoga sessions designed to meet you where you are - in the early, tender chapters of parenthood. Whether you're healing physically, seeking emotional balance, or simply carving out space to breathe, this practice is made to support you.
Each session is tailored to your unique body and experience, blending gentle movement, breath work and mediation to help you reconnect and restore. 
This practice begins with a thoughtful consultation to understand where your needs, and after each session, you’ll receive personalized at-home practices to continue your care. With regular check-ins along the way, this isn’t just a yoga class-it’s a healing partnership to help you feel grounded, whole and supported. 

Postpartum Yoga

A practice for parents in their fourth trimester and beyond, aiming to help heal and strengthen the body after birth. Gently relief areas of the body that need a little extra TLC, and engage in poses that foster proper alignment during this beautiful time of transition. Parents are welcome to bring their little ones or come on your own.
